Veronica Bhengu
Director
Veronica studied at the North-West University, Vaal and Potchefstroom Campus respectively obtaining a BA Law degree in 2015 and an LLB degree in 2018.
Subsequently she has completed Articles of Clerkship and was admitted Attorney of the High Court in October 2021.
She started at Stratafin as a Internal Legal Officer in the year 2020 and got promoted to Legal Compliance Officer in March 2021.
Veronica was appointed as a director of Confiance administrative solutions in February 2022 where she administers Sectional Title buildings in distress and has had huge success thus far.
Hendrik Brits
Director
Hendrik holds a B.Com Law degree and has been involved with local municipalities for over 20 years, working as a Town Secretary / Manager: Corporate Services within various municipalities.
Hendrik served as the Town Secretary for Heidelberg municipality and as Executive Manager: Corporate Services for Lesedi Municipality.
During his time at the municipalities, he oversaw Council and Mayoral Committee Secretariat, Legal Department, HR, IT, Public facilities, Secretariat of Municipal Public Accounts Committee, Tender Committee and various standing committees and as such he has in depth knowledge of their processes, and legislation governing local government.
Charlene Morgan
Head of Finance
Charlene studied her BCom Accounting at the University of Natal in 2001. She has since gained 22 years of experience in the financial industry.
Hein Bredenkamp
Head of Municipal Services
Hein holds a B.Iuris degree from University of South Africa and was the head of legal services at Merafong Municipality for over 25 years.
As an experienced senior manager in the municipal environment, Hein is well versed in the municipal maze.
He has a real understanding of the legal framework in which Municipalities must operate, as well as what legislation governmental prescripts and internal policies they must comply with.
Bhekani Radebe
Juniour Accountant
Bhekani is currently studying his Bachelors of Accounting through the University of Johannesburg and is due to finish in 2023. Bhekani has gained experience in the accounting profession during his time working at Stratafin and Confiance respectively, learning the ins and outs of the Sectional Title industry and the financial processes that accompany.
